If you have a life-threatening emergency, ALWAYS FIRST dial 911. Any other urgent cases requiring immediate attention, please call 888-92-MEDISUN and we will give you instructions and directions. If you need transportation by us, please let us know by phone.

What can I expect at an appointment?

When you arrive at MediSun Medical Centers, the staff will greet you and seat you in the waiting room. We will examine you as quickly as possible—the average waiting time is 15 minutes.

What happens if I am a new patient?

You may have referred yourself, have been referred by another specialist or by Medical Insurance. We will discuss your Medical Issues and ask about your Medical History. A thorough examination will then follow. We may request examinations and tests to assist and support our diagnosis.

If you have previous examinations and tests related to your current condition, please bring those along to the consultation. Also bring any copies of letters from other doctors or recent medication. It will help us to help you.

We will discuss with you the results of your examinations and we will recommend the proper treatment. If follow-up consultation or further consultations are required, we will indicate this and the staff will let you know the dates and times of your next appointments.
